The top one communicates the concept but the bottom one looks more like a car logo. It takes a bit to decipher the design. Need to simplify the top design a little more too much going on. Corporate BM doesn't match the sharp pointiness of the bat. Nope I can't imagine it on a card or anything.
1) Not sure if this was a Batman logo at first, took some time to see an actual bat in this piece. At first I thought 'a flower with a rainbow above it'. I thought this was not batman at all with my first glance. The batman is too subtle and perhaps could use some color rather than just an outline. I saw environmentalist first and didn't think of batman. Needs some work and make batman first to show, the n environmentalist second. Cause i'm pretty sure that batman wasn't too keen about protecting the environment more than the citizens of his city.
2)Upon first seeing your piece, I thought of Car Company.. A car company is a corporation if you were telling us this. I saw that you adding some lines to perhaps show some sheen and gloss to your logo. the lines are not helping the piece until maybe we see more than a drawing. Try working with Adobe's programs again, unless you can't access the computers. This was a strong piece to show batman but nothing much as a way to a corporate standing other than previously stated. Not sure what the use of adding a line through the logo is suppose to say, perhaps some insight and that it has a reason to stay there, otherwise it's just a line added to the symbol.
